Consultations for pitches

We were consulted by agencies to optimise pitches. With our understanding of what clients need, want to hear and take decisions we were able to tweak the presentations with successful results. The pitches refer to generic consumer research, Marketing Mix Modelling and software platforms.

Portfolio Potential Assessment

We supported in a project for an International Liquor Company to assess the portfolio potential. We assessed the current situation, the drivers for future growth, the prioritisation of markets and next steps for optimal brand positionings

Automated Interviewing 

We advised a market research agency to automate on the fly the interviewing process with advanced text analytics.

Competency Assessment

We assessed  the compentency profile of Insights managers in a continent (region) via a structured framework. This assessment for a FMCG was used to develop the regional training program.

Automated Customer Satisfaction Measurement Study

We automated the analysis of  a Customer Satisfaction Measurement Study  for a  Global Beverage Company. This consists of automated analysis of open feedback with advanced text analysis as well the automated data analysis via a software tool with Dashboarding.

Consumer Measurement Infrastructure

Defining the Consumer measurement infrastructure for a business unit operating within a Global FMCG Company to steer their international brand roll out.

Training and Courses

We developed and facilitated the following courses: 

  • Marketing Course  (4 days course: Portfolio Management, Brand Positioning + Brand Architecture, Brand Activation, Brand Planning Process). This course was given to an agency to get a better understanding of the marketing issues their company clients are confronted with. By this understanding and knowledge they could improve their stakeholder relationship management. 

  • Consumer Insight Generation Course (incorporated in the MOA-course program)

  • Steering Data Science Projects by the Insights Manager and the Marketeer (incorporated in the MOA-course and NIMA program)

  • Text Analytics, how to apply within Consumer Insights (incorporated in the MOA-course program)
