Competence scan
A multinational corporation noticed that, after several acquisitions and organisational changes, the Insight department had many similar competences and was lacking a few. It had, for instance, a lot of technical skills, but leadership and creativity were not as present in the team as was needed currently. As a first step this corporation wanted to have a clear picture of all individual competences and how they score against the benchmark. White spots were made clear. As a next step it was decided to start a development programme in order to work on individual competences and to have a clear picture of profiles to either develop or to hire externally. The House of Insights were consulted to help developing towards the new competences needed. |

This service is absolutely free for the first survey for your company. For any consecutive measurement we charge €1,500.-. A 2 hour consultation session during which we discuss the outcomes costs €300.-.
